摘 要： 现代社会发展日新月异，社会对应用型人才的需求越来越大，要求也越来越高。为了以后能更好的胜任造价工作，本次毕业设计通过编制造价预算书来培养我们的实操能力进而提高与造价相关的专业技能。本次毕业设计是根据淮安市第三人民医院门诊楼装修改造工程编制造价预算书，确定招标控制价。本次设计主要包括工程概况、编制依据以及该工程工程量清单等相关表格。在编制清单时，本人将清单分为安装部分和土建两部分，其中土建中又分拆除部分、新建部分以及装修部分，但本次设计主要介绍拆除、新建、装修三个方面。工程量的计算是按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013）、《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额》（2014版）以及《江苏省房屋修缮工程计价表》（2009版）中的计算规则计算的。本次设计主要是通过编制造价书来确定招标控制价，从而增强招标过程的透明度，有利于正常评标，避免投标在无标底情况下的无序竞争，同时也提高了交易成功的可能性。60195

Abstract: The development of modern society with each passing day, the social demand for applied talents is more and more big, the demand is becoming more and more high. In order to better after the work cost, the graduation design through the preparation of cost budget to train our speaking ability and improving cost related professional skills.This graduation design is based on the compiled on the third people's hospital outpatient service building renovation project cost budget, determine the tender price control. This design mainly includes the project summary, compilation basis, and the engineering quantities bill and related forms. When compiling list, I will list pided into two parts, part installation and civil, including civil and points in the demolition of parts, new parts and decorate,But this design mainly introduces the demolition, construction, decoration in three aspects. Quantity calculation is in accordance with the "construction project quantities list valuation specification" (GB50500-2013), "the JiangSu province construction and decoration engineering valuation norm" (2014 edition) and "home improvement project valuation table in JiangSu province" (2009 edition) of the rules of calculation. This design mainly through compiling books cost to determine the tender price control, thereby enhancing the tender.
