摘要 天津港新兴建材码头工程位于天津港高沙岭港区 10 号地块,本文通过对天津港所处地区的气候条件,水文条件,地质条件等资料,最终确定了采用重力式沉箱码头的设计方案。 为满足设计需求,码头建设长度取为 1320m,共5个泊位,通过码头前沿港池水深的计算,设计了码头前沿的回旋水域半径和航道的宽度和深度,同时布置了码头后方堆场及仓库等建筑,考虑该码头前方有掩护的条件,码头荷载主要为堆货荷载及系缆力等,在计算码头结构自重及墙后回填土压力等数值后本文对沉箱底部的抗倾抗滑稳定性,抛石基床底部的抗滑稳定性,码头的整体稳定性进行了验算,同时也对抛石基床承载力,码头沉降量,沉箱结构的内力及配筋进行了计算,最终完成了,天津港新兴建材基地 7万吨散货码头的初步设计报告书,绘制了较为完整的设计图纸。 本文提供的设计成果是严格按照港口设计的各类规范所进行的,提供的设计图纸和设计资料较准确、详细,对工程建设和施工具有引导意义。 62288
