摘要：开拓创新和科学发展是当代中国发展的主旋律，传统的人才培养模式越来越难以适应经济社会发展的需求，消除目前高校人才培养模式存在的弊端，构建以学生为中心，注重学生综合素质培养，强调学生创新能力、实践能力的创新型人才培养模式成为高等教育的必然选择。随着会展行业突飞猛进地发展，会展人才的培养也在紧锣密鼓地开展起来，以缓解因行业发展速度过快而引发的人员紧缺的问题。而本文正探讨了我国高校人才培养的现状，对如何构建创新型人才培养模式提出了自己的见解。 21040

On the cultivation of innovative talents China Exhibition
Abstract:Innovation and scientific development is the main theme of the development of contemporary China, the traditional training mode is more and more difficult to adapt to the needs of economic and social development, to eliminate thedrawbacks existing university talents training mode, constructing the students centered, pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality,cultivating innovative talents emphasizes students' innovation ability, practical ability of the model to become the inevitable choice of higher education. With thedevelopment of the exhibition industry make a spurt of progress, MICE talent training is carried out in wildly beating gongs and drums, the shortage ofpersonnel to ease for the development of the industry too fast caused. This paper discusses the current situation of the talents training in Universities in China, how to construct the mode of training put forward their own views and innovative talents.

伴随着会展行业的迅速发展，会展专业人才的培养也积极的开展起来，从而缓解了因会展行业发展速度过快而引起的人才紧缺问题。从最初的摸着石头过河到现在各大高校毕业生已经步入市场，明显反映了会展专业人才培养目标与会展专业课程设置、会展办学与师资力量的培养、会展人才的培训认证、会展教育的国际化合作交流等各方面均取得了十分显著的进步。但是从目前毕业生经历市场检验的结果来看，似乎不太理想，淘汰率、失业率较高，人才转行十分普遍，这就不可避免的造成了如今这种会展业内一方面大喊会展专业人才紧缺，一方面会展专业的高校毕业生却面临就业难的尴尬局面，企业和市场需求的会展专业人才与各大高校培养出的毕业生存在着很大的脱节现象。
