    摘要:近年来,随着我国研究生教育的迅猛发展, “考研热”逐年升温。借此在高校校园中,形成了一种因考研而结伴同行的群体,即“研友” 。本文以上海市奉贤区 S 高校为调查单位,深度访谈了 16 位“研友” 。通过调查发现, “研友”之间更多地是在情感上的相互支持和交互依托,而这种支持和依托又可以划分为三个文度。首先,在信心的支持方面,研友之间相互交流,可以达到资源共享的目的,使彼此拥有知识水平信心;互解难题,可以起到提高效率,建立个人能力信心的作用;取长补短,取得共同进步的效果,可以增强积极应考信心;其次,在价值观的支柱方面,研友之间共同探讨,能够帮助彼此确立方向,形成合理的价值取向;相伴监督,端正心态,可以培育向上的价值追求;相互竞争,彼此激励,可以树立共赢的价值目标。最后,在情感的支撑方面,“研友”之间相互沟通,能够让彼此获取心理关怀;相互倾诉,可以缓解备考压力;相互理解,可以获得情感依托。 22585

    Emotional Support of “Yanyou”
    in University S, Fengxian District, Shanghai
    Abstract:  In recent years, with the rapid development of graduate education , the Exams for
    Postgraduate Education gradually warming. There are forming a kind of group that hand in
    hand in result of taking the Exams for Postgraduate Education in college campus, " yanyou" .In
    this paper, we take S university, Fengxian District, Shanghai as investigation unit , and 
    interview 16 " yanyou" in-depth. Through the survey found that, support and interact with each
    other on the basis of emotion are more common between "  yanyou", and this support and
    relying can be pided into three dimensions  . First, in terms of support of confidence,
    Communicating with each other between " yanyou", can help them to achieve the purpose of
    sharing resources , so that they have the confidence of knowledge ; Solving puzzle problems
    with each other , can play to improve efficiency and the ability to build confidence in the role of
    the inpidual ; learn from each other to achieve common progress effect, can enhance positive
    examinations confidence; Secondly, in terms of the pillars of values, to discuss problems among
    friends can help each other to establish the direction to form a reasonable value orientation ;
    accompanied supervision and correct attitude,  you can cultivate upward pursuit of value ;
    competing , motivate each other , you can establish a win-win value targets. Finally, in terms of
    emotional support , mutual communication  between "yanyou" can let each other get
    psychological care ; talk to each other , can ease the pressure on the pro forma ; mutual
    understanding , you can get emotional support .
