摘要：随着我国人口的加速老龄化，家庭规模逐渐缩小，传统的家庭养老模式已不再适合我国的国情，现有的养老机构的数量也远远不足以承受如此庞大的老年群体，就在当前严峻的形势下产生了一种新的养老模式，那就是居家养老服务模式。由于社会工作在我国起步比较晚，发展比较缓慢，我国的居家养老服务还存在很多不足，比方说：政府还没有制定出合理的政策和制度来支持居家养老、法律法规制度不够完善、能够借鉴及利用的资源较少、服务不够专业等，这在一定程度上制约了我国居家养老服务事业的发展。本文尝试用社会工作的专业技巧和方法介入到居家养老服务中去，来有效改善居家养老服务事业所面临的问题。32864

本文以郊区X街道的老年人为研究对象，采用文献研究法、调查问卷法，访问法，通过调查了解他们的养老现状以及居家养老服务的状况，分析社会工作介入居家养老服务所取得的成效和存在的不足之处，同时制定相应的居家养老服务的个案和小组活动策划，使居家养老服务的内容和方式得到丰富和完善。最后，对社会工作介入居家养老服务提出建议。

The Research of Social Work Intervene the problem of supporting the aged ——take X street as an Example
Abstract ：With the rapid development of China's aging of population, the scale of family has gradually weakened. At present, the pension agency can’t meet the needs of China's aging. For these reason the model of home care pension comes into being. However, because China's home-based care is new , it has so many problems, such as the incomplete rule and law, limited available resources, inferior quality of the staff, poor service and low-level development of home care. This paper attempts to improve these problems. Social work has its special idea of "helping people and help themselves" and uses professional knowledge and skills to improve home-based care service and increase clients’ satisfaction.
This paper takes X street as the object of study, analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of social work in the home-based care service and make the plan on the basis of knowing the present situation of the elder people and the home-based service for them. By enriching the content and ways of this activity, we can make the home-based care service more scientific and specialized. . At last, throw out some suggestions of the social work intervene in home-based care service.
