摘要:随着近几年来经济发展与社会体制的变迁,各领域的民办学校迅猛发展。目前民办学校教职员工需求量大,但专业化人才缺乏,管理机制不完善,流动性大,导致师资团队不稳定,管理观念落后,没有有效的激励制度。本文主要针对解决教师团队绩效的缺陷与局限性,在借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上,归纳总结有关在民办学校领域教师团队绩效的理论,并通过对现行相关政策的了解,结合人力资源理论、绩效理论以及薪酬管理方面的理论,对其中存在的问题进行深刻分析,提出有效的教师团队绩效管理的提升方法与对策,着重对民办教育事业的健康发展进行有效的管理。民办学校教师团队绩效管理的提升方法与对策的研究具有相当重要的现实意义,将绩效一词引入教师团队的管理,为学校管理者提供一种全新的管理方式。有效运用绩效方法,可以使教师群体的管理更加团结、高效率、有序,并在实行过程中提高教师的个人绩效,更能帮助学生们完成学业目标,提高校方的实力。34484

The Research on Countermeasures adoptable to improve the academic performance of teachers team in private school
Abstract: With the development of society and a rapidly changing community organization in recent years ,private shcools are increasing dramatically in various fields. So far, The requirement of private school’s teacher is going up,But shortage of professionals,inperfect management mechanism and large staff mobility has led to a group of unstability, concepts of backward management and incentive system of inefficiency. The article was aimed to solve the problem about deficiency and limits of teacher’s team performance, to summarize the theory regarding teachers’ performance in private schools on the based of references at home and abroad, combining with human resource management theory, performance theory and theory of modern wages management to do profound analysis for the issues among With understanding of current related policies, to determine an effective way to improve teacher’s performance mangement in private schools and to make a special effort for a healty management about private educational career. The Research on improvement of academic performance of teachers team in private schools are of quite importantly practical significance.Performance will be introduced to teacher’s team management, which provides a new method for management. Effective application of performance method makes teacher’s team management more united, efficient and well-organized. we can improve teachers own performance when carry out this measure. This research can help student obtain academic targets, and improve the strength of private shools.
