摘 要:中小企业经济已成为国民经济发展的一个重要部分,目前中小企业在竞争激烈的环境中遇到很多前所未有的挑战,中小企业面对这些挑战的关键在于知识型员工的储备,但现今我国中小企业普遍面临着人才缺失的问题,这与中小企业对知识型员工激励不完善密切相关。本文首先列举了国外学者专家提出的比较有代表性的激励需要理论,然后在对国内外学者关于知识型员工的特征、需求、激励因素和激励机制等方面的研究成果进行分析总结,在此基础上,指出目前我国中小企业知识型员工激励存在的问题,并给出相应的改善问题的建议。38287

Study on The Incentive Problem of Knowledge Workers in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises
Abstract: The economy of small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important part of the development of the national economy, at present small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition environment encountered many unprecedented challenges, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing these challenges, the key lies in the knowledge type staff reserves, but the present our country small and medium-sized enterprise generally facing problems of lack of talent, this with the small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge-based staff incentive mechanism is not perfect are closely related. At first, this paper lists the foreign experts and scholars proposed more representative of the needs theory of motivation, then on to the domestic and foreign scholars on the knowledge type employee characteristics, demand, incentive factors and incentive mechanism and research results were analyzed and summed up, on the basis of this. It is pointed out that at present our country small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge-based staff incentive, the existing problems, and gives the corresponding improvement suggestions.
