摘要：近年来，国内外的工业园区都得到了极大的发展，数量与日俱增，然而工业园区内的生产安全是重中之重，由于工业园区内的企业种类繁多， 生产工艺、设备、危害都不同，所以工业园区存在着较大的危险性，对园区的安全监管就显得极为的重要。松江工业园区是上海市市郊首家市级开发区，有 400多家外资项目，是经济效益良好的工业园区。但正是因为企业多而复杂，园区内存在着很多危险有害因素，所以对园区进行安全评价及监管对策研究具有十分重要的意义。本文对工业区的主要危险有害因素进行分析，建立工业园区安全评价指标体系，运用层次分析法得到影响工业园区安全的评价指标的权重， 采用层次灰色理论的综合评价方法评价工业园区的安全性，最终确定其安全等级，最后研究监管对策来提高工业园区的安全性。41105

Study on the safety evaluation and supervision mechanismof an industrial park
Abstract：In recent years, domestic and foreign industrial park have been great developed,andthe number are increased. However, the safety of production in the industrial park is top priority,because there are many different kinds of enterprises within the industrial park, productiontechnology, equipments, harm are different, so industrial park is in a greater risk, safetysupervision of the park is very important.Songjiang Industrial Park is a suburb of Shanghai, the first Municipal Development Zone,there are more than 400 foreign investment projects and the economic benefits of industrialpark. But the enterprise is more and more complex, the park is in the memory of a lot ofdangerous and harmful factors, so the safety evaluation of the park and the regulation of thestudy have a very important significance.The dangerous and harmful factors of Industrial Park are analysed, and safety evaluationindex system of Industrial Park is established, using the analytic hierarchy process to get the weights of evaluation indexes which influence the safety of Industrial Park, using hierarchygrey theory comprehensive evaluation method for assessment of Industrial Park’s security todetermine the level of security ,and finally,researching the regulatory measures to improve thesafety of industrial park.
