    摘要随着国家对社会工作人才队伍建设的重视,社会工作专业学生的专业认同情况就显得尤为重要。目前,对于社会工作专业认同方面的研究多集中在现状和影响因素等方面,而影响因素的分析主要是多角度的从个人、社会、学校等不同的主体出发,单独研究某方面内容对专业认同的影响几乎没有。社会工作实践教学作为社会工作教育的核心,对社会工作学生的专业认同感起着重要作用,本文以社会工作实践教学为着眼点,研究社会工作实践教学的情况及其对学生专业认同感的影响情况,进而发现社会工作专业实践教学存在时间短、教学安排不合理、专业机构和督导缺乏、实习基地和实验室建设不健全等问题,从社会认同度、政府政策、学校体制、师资力量和个人兴趣等角度分析原因并对此提出政府要落实政策、加大宣传,提高社会认同度;学校要促进教育管理体制改革,引进专业人才,加强实习基地和实验室建设;个人要提高自身学习能力和提高实践积极性等对策,以此促进社会工作实践教学水平和学生专业认同感的提高,促进社会工作人才队伍的壮大。46824

    As the country's emphasis on the construction of social work talent team, social work students' professional identity is particularly important. At present, a plenty of research on professional identity for social work are focused on the present situation and influence factors. The analysis of the affecting factors is primarily multiple perspectives, from inpidual, society, schools and so on different subject. The separate research on the influence of one aspect content to professional identity is almost none. Social work practice teaching as the core of the social work education plays an important role for social work students' professional identity. In this paper, a focal point for social work practice teaching, research on practice teaching and the influence on professional identity and then find the problems in the social work professional practice teaching, such as time is short, the teaching arrangement is not reasonable, lack of professional organizations and supervision, practice base and the laboratory construction is not sound and so on. From social perception, school system, teachers and personal interest to analyze the reasons. According to the problems put forward opinions and suggestions, for government must to implement policies, expanding propaganda, improve the social perception, for school should to promote school education management system reform, introduction of professional talents, strengthening the construction of practice base and laboratory, for personal should to improve their learning ability and improve practice. In order to promote the improvement of social work teaching level and students' professional identity, to promote the talent team of social work.
