摘要阿里巴巴国际站作为全球领先的企业间电子商务网站,如今仍以高速向前发展着,然而提高客户满意度,提升在线交易品质仍是阿里巴巴众多商家不变的追求。笔者根据自身积累的电商经验,以及对于阿里巴巴国际站相关经验的积累,分析了一些外贸商家店铺缺少曝光、询单、成交;以及买家搜索不精准而导致在线交易满意度不高的原因。并通过对外卖直通车数据的利用制定了相应的对策,希望能对运营状况较差的外贸商家起到一定的借鉴作用和帮助,使买家搜索更精准,交易更加便捷,提升在线交易品质。58250

According to the author's experience accumulated electricity supplier, and accumulated experience for Alibaba international station, analyzes some foreign businesses and stores the lack of exposure, enquiry, clinch a deal; and buyers search is not accurate and the cause of online transaction satisfaction is not high. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures through foreign selling through the vehicle data, hoping to run in poor condition of foreign trade plays a certain reference and help buyers search more accurate, trading more convenient, improve the quality of online transactions.
