摘要:近几年网络招聘的发展在招聘市场所占比重越来越中,网络招聘不诚信行为也随之出现,出现大量的虚假信息,招聘者与应聘者也出现了问题。招聘方不诚信行为主要有虚构招聘信息、促成合同陷阱聘信息、造成任务陷阱和泄露求职信息。应聘者不诚信行为主要有虚构招应聘材料、造成面试违约、造成合同违约。针对这些不诚信行为,分析了原因,其主要有社会诚信文化原因、网络诚信文化原因和双方自身的原因,针对这些原因提出了解决策略,如搭建公共信息平台、高校与企业合作实行实训教育模式、加强社会诚信和网络诚信文化教育。49786

Analysis on the Reason of Lack of Trust in Network Recruitment
Abstract: In recent years, the development of network invite applications for a job in the job market accounted for the proportion is more and more, network recruitment of dishonest behavior has emerged, appeared a lot of false information, recruiters and candidates to problems.
