    摘要市场竞争日益激烈,企业间的竞争已不再是单个企业间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。在高新技术及其他企业新产品开发过程中,越来越多的企业采用不同的方式合作,供应商参与企业新产品开发已经成为一种获取企业竞争力的有效手段。66359

    但并不是所有的供应链联盟活动都是成功的,结果表明,70%的联盟是失败或过早终结的。因为新产品开发,企业面临着诸多风险,企业合作双方能否面对各种不同的风险,彼此信任,建立良好的信任关系,是供应链企业能否合作成功,提高供应链企业间合作效率的有效方式。因此企业需要从信任的视角,建立企业间合作的框架,判断自己的合作伙伴是否值得信任,进而提高整个供应链的竞争优势。

    本文采用质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD), 将制造商的需求转化为可度量的供应商评价指标,得到制造商对供应商的直接信任值和预期信任值,并将制造商对供应商的直接信任值和已给定的第三方推荐信任值加权平均建立信任风险模型,得到制造商对于供应商的总体信任值,以制造商对供应商开展合作的预期信任值为阈值,判断供应商是否值得信任,并对该模型进行了算例分析,验证其可行性和有效性。期望本文的研究能在现实生活中企业面临供应商的信任风险时提供借鉴,有所指导。

    Title    A trust model research on joint development of   new products  based on risk                        

    Abstract

    With the increasingly competitive market,competition among enterprises is a competition no longer between inpidual enterprises, but also between the supply chain and supply chain. And in the other new product development process of high-tech enterprises, more and more enterprises have to adopt different forms of collaboration and supplier involvement in new product development has become a way to get an effective means of enterprise competition.

    But not all supply chain alliance activities are successful; the results showed that 70% of the Union is a failure or premature ending. Because of the new product development, enterprises are faced with many risks. enterprise cooperation of both sides will face different risks. Mutual trust, establish a good relationship of trust and cooperation in supply chain enterprises can successfully improve supply chain efficiency. So from the perspective of trust,companies need to establish a framework for cooperation between enterprises, and then determine whether their partner is worthy to be trusted, thereby increase the competitive advantage of the entire supply chain.

    In this paper, QFD (Quality Function Deployment, QFD)has been adopted to transfer the manufacturer's requirements into measurable supplier evaluation index, then get the direct and the expected trust value of manufacturer suppliers, finally get the total trust value through weighted average risk of the direct trust value and the third-party trust value. Using the manufacturer’s expected trust value as the threshold value, the manufacturers can determine whether the supplier is trustworthy or not. In the end, a numerical example has been proposed. It showed that the model is feasible and effective. And the reference will be provided when the companies face the trust risk in real life.
