摘要加强企业文化建设,提高员工的认同度,对于增强企业的凝聚力,推进企业发展,提高其竞争力具有非常重要的研究意义。如何加强企业文化建设,“海底捞”餐饮有限公司做了很好的诠释。为此,本文在调研“海底捞”餐饮有限公司的基础上,阐释了该企业建设的基本特征,即情感管理、视员工为家人、大胆授权于员工、培养员工将工作视为事业、诚心向顾客服务,并分析了其加强企业文化建设的主要经验,并提出了采取加强对企业文化的建设经验及其特色宣传力度、组织相关单位参观学习取经、邀请企业文化建设负责人介绍特色文化建设的经验、鼓励企业根据自身特点打造积极向上的企业文化等对策推广“海底捞”有限公司加强企业文化的经验,并分析了其企业文化。51572

Abstract Strengthen corporate culture and improve recognition of staff, which are significant for enhancing the cohesion, promoting enterprise development, enhance their competence. About how to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, HaiDiLao company made a good interpretation. In this paper, based on the research of HaiDiLao company. State the construction of the basic characteristics of the enterprise, such as emotion management, see staff as their families, bold authorized in staff, training staff see work as career, sincere to customer service, and analyzes its main experience of strengthening corporate culture building, and proposed measures to promote corporate culture like strengthen the propaganda of corporate culture and its building experience , organizing a study tour to learn from the relevant units, inviteing the person in charge of enterprise culture construction characteristics and culture experience, encouraging enterprises to build their own characteristics and positive corporate culture and to strengthen corporate culture experience and analysis of its corporate culture.
