摘 要投标作为承包商参与工程建设项目的首要一环，它的风险管理逐渐受到承包商的重视，本文首先介绍了风险管理的发展历程和研究现状，对工程风险管理的相关概念进行了阐述，通过阅读大量文献，将招投标的过程分成了招投标准备、招投标实施、开标评标定标以及合同签约等阶段，随后对每个阶段的的工作中的风险进行了识别，通过风险估计和风险评价对已识别的风险进行定性和定量地分析，针对这些风险，文中介绍了风险回避、风险转移、风险缓解、风险自留等四种风险管理的方法，并结合招投标的各个阶段阐述了这四种方法在承包商投标过程中的应用。接下来通过案例更加直观地分析了承包商在投标过程中面临的各种风险以及处置措施，最后对现阶段承包商在招投标阶段的风险管理进行了总结。56676

Abstract Bidding is the primary link of participate in the engineering construction project，risk management of bidding has been more and more attention of the contractor. This paper first introduces the development history and research status of risk management, the concepts related to project risk management is discussed in this paper, through reading massive literature, the bidding process was pided into the bidding preparation, bidding the implementation of the opening bid, bid evaluation and contract signing stage, then the work of each stage of risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the identified risks through the risk estimate and risk assessment, in the light of these risks, this paper introduces the method of risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation, risk retention of four types of risk management, combined with the various stages of the bidding tender illustrates the application of the four methods in the bidding process. Then through the case more intuitive analysis of the various risks of contractors in the bidding process and disposal measures, finally to the present stage contractor risk management in bidding stage are summarized.
