摘要本文以大学生为主体，以高等教育作为人力资本投资的主要形式，剖析人力资本投资对大学生就业的双重效应。一方面，加大对教育的投资可以有效帮助大学生就业，另一方面，经济的健康快速发展需要我们继续加大人力资本投资，充分挖掘人力资源，最终推动经济的快速发展，而迅速发展的社会经济反过来又能为大学毕业生就业营造出一个良好的就业环境。本文基于大量的数据和资料进行分析和探讨，从而发掘出大学生该如何去应对此类问题，试图找出有助于解决大学生就业的相关问题。在分析和探讨过程中，本文采取多门学科相融合的方式，涉及经济、社会管理和社会学等相关学科，并且采用定性与定量、规范与实证相结合的分析方法。60147

Title The Difficulty of the University Student to Find a Job from the View of Human Capital
Abstract
This passage mainly puts the emphasis on university students and regard Higher education as a way of investment in human capital. It analyses the dual effect of the investment in human capital. At one side, increasing investment in education can be helpful for students to find jobs, at the other side, the growth of the economy can need us to increase investment in human capital so that can be helpful to the economy. And a good environment can provide a better employment environment. This paper adopts the way of combining several disciplines, involving economic, social management and sociology and other related disciplines. And uses a method of qualitative and quantitative, specification and empirical analysis method of combining.
