摘要本文采用溶胶—凝胶法制备铁酸镍,原位氧化还原法制备聚苯胺—铁酸镍、聚吡咯—铁酸镍两种二元复合铁氧体吸波材料,沉淀法制备C纤文—铁酸镍复合材料。运用扫描电镜(SEM),X-射线衍射仪(XRD)差热分析(DTA)微波衰减仪等手段对样品的性能进行表征。研究表明:800℃下煅烧铁酸镍可以得到出现完整尖晶石晶型的铁酸镍;制得的NiFe2O4/PPY的微观结构和毫米波吸收性能均比NiFe2O4/PANI优秀,8mm和3mm波衰减值最大达到16dB和11dB均大于NiFe2O4/PANI的9dB和7dB。并且样品对8mm波的衰减强于对3mm波的衰减;制得的C纤文/铁酸镍的微观结构并不是很好,样品对8mm和3mm波衰减值最大为36dB和29dB。

Abstract
Title: Preparation of ferrite composite absorbing materials
In this paper, nickel ferrite was prepared by the sol-gel method, and syntheses of polyaniline-nickel ferrite and polypyrrole-nickel ferrite composite absorbing material were using in situ redox Preparation. Moreover, carbon fiber-nickel ferrite was prepared using a co-precipitation method. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X- ray diffraction (XRD), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and microwave attenuation device were used to characterize microtopography, crystallographic form, heat behavior and microwave attenuation performance.
Based on the discussion of calcination temperature, nickel ferrite precursor calcined at 800 ℃ could get complete spinel nickel ferrite. Microstructure and millimeter-wave attenuation performance of prepared NiFe2O4/PPY were better than those of NiFe2O4/PANI. 8mm and 3mm wave maximum attenuation values reach 16dB and 11dB respectively, which was superior to NiFe2O4/PANI of 9dB and 7dB at 8mm and 3mm waveband. And attenuation performances of samples at 8mm wave were stronger than those at 3mm waveband.
The resulting carbon fiber/nickel ferrite microstructure is not very good, but maximum values of samples at 8mm and 3mm waveband were up to 36dB and 29dB, respectively.
