    摘要:本论文采用阳极氧化法制备具有多孔性,孔密度大,孔道分布均匀的阳极氧化铝膜作为载体,采用电镀的方法在阳极氧化铝膜孔道内分别填充Cu-Ni和Ce、Pr、Sm元素,制备了Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Pr-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Sm-Al2O3复合膜。研究Ce、Pr、Sm对复合膜性能的影响以及添加Ce3+的浓度对Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3复合膜性能的影响。采用电子能谱仪(EDX)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)的方法表征了Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Pr-Al2O3和Cu-Ni-Sm-Al2O3复合膜的微观形貌、晶型和组成。结果表明Ce、Pr、Sm对复合膜镀层的沉积过程发生改变。添加Ce3+和Sm3+会影响复合膜的组成并提高Ni元素含量,而添加Pr对其则几乎没有影响。随着添加Ce3+浓度不断增加, Cu-Ni-Al2O3复合膜中Ni元素含量先是提高,在达到0.024M之后对于Cu-Ni元素含量的影响不大。Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3复合膜镀层的微观形貌、晶型较Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3和Cu-Ni-Sm-Al2O3复合膜更好。而在Ce3+浓度为0.032M时,复合膜的微观形貌较好。7362

    The study of performance of Cu-Ni-Ce(Pr,Sm)-Al2O3 composite membrane
    Abstract: In this article, porous, pore density and pore distribution anodic alumina membrane was prepared by anodic oxidation as the carrier. Therefore, this article in anodic alumina membrane pore filled with Cu-Ni and rare earth additives, preparation of Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Pr-Al2O3 and Cu-Ni-Sm-Al2O3 composite membrane using by the method of electroplating. By adding Ce, Pr, Sm three kinds of rare earth research compound membrane performance and concentration of adding Ce on the Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3 composite membrane performance. Using SEM, XRD and EDX method to characterize morphology, structure and composition of Cu-Ni-Al2O3 composite membrane and Cu-Ni-RE-Al2O3 composite membrane. It is proved that rare earth changes during the deposition of the coating. By adding trivalent Cerium ions and trivalent samarium ions the composite membrane composition will be affected and element content of Ni will be improved, while adding Praseodymium ions virtually have no effect on it. With increasing concentrations of trivalent samarium ions,element content of Ni in the Cu-Ni-Al2O3 composite membrane will be improved firstly. But when the concentration of trivalent rare earth Cerium ions is greater than 0.016M, the composite membrane composition has almost unaffected. Cu-Ni-Ce-Al2O3 composite membrane coating is more symmetrical and smooth than that of Cu-Ni-Al2O3、Cu-Ni-Pr-Al2O3 and Cu-Ni-Sm-Al2O3 composite membrane. Meanwhile the concentration of trivalent rare earth Cerium ions is in 0.024M, the microstructure of the composite membrane is good.
