    摘要:许多烟用香精存在很多问题,如挥发性强、易氧化、等问题,如果将其微胶囊化,不仅可以防止抽吸前香精的挥发和变质,而且抽吸时可使风物质持续的释放。而使用复凝聚法制备微胶囊具有较高的产率和高效率的优点,本论文主要以明胶和阿拉伯胶复配作为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备烟用香精胶囊,研究了微胶囊的制备工艺,烟用香精的各种性质,实验方法使用复凝聚法来制备烟用香精微胶囊的制备工艺,得出运用谷氨酰胺转氨酶作为固化剂,在pH4.0的,明胶与阿拉伯胶的比例为1;1,壁材浓度为1%,壁芯比为1:1时可以制备出壁膜较光滑,大小基本相似的球形微胶囊,粒径大多数在20um到30um之间,平均粒径为25.608um,微胶囊的产率和包埋率分别为75.46%和87.43%。达到了包埋的目的。57643

    Development of flavor microcapsule for tobacco

    Abstract: many problems such as volatile, easy oxidation, decomposition and so on, will be micro encapsulated, which not only can prevent the volatile and deterioration of perfume before smoking, but also can make the flavor lasting release. Complex coacervation microcapsules has the advantages of high yield and high efficiency, this paper mainly to gelatin and Arabic gum as wall material, preparation of tobacco flavor capsule by complex coacervation of micro capsule preparation process, tobacco flavor properties. The main research contents are as follows:

    Using complex coacervation method for preparation of tobacco flavor by micro capsule preparation process, come to the use of glutamine transaminase as curing agent, in PH4.0, gelatin and Arabic gum ratio was 1. 1, wall material concentration is 1%, core wall ratio is 1:1 can be prepared membrane wall is smooth, size is similar to that of the spherical microcapsules, particle size of most of the 20um to 30um between, the average particle size is 25.608um, micro capsule yields and buried rate 75.46% and 87.43% respectively. The embedding is completed.
