摘要五氟乙烷(HFC-125)作为高效洁净的哈龙替代灭火剂,灭火时是否产生毒性气体将严重威胁到火场中受保护人员及设备的安全。为了研究五氟乙烷(HFC-125)与B类火焰作用时的热分解规律,设计并搭建了一套由杯式燃烧器、气体采集装置等组成的、用于火焰与HFC-125灭火剂相互作用的实验系统,进行五氟乙烷灭火剂浓度对火焰结构、火焰温度、热解气体HF含量影响的研究,采用气质联用色谱(GC/MS)定性分析热解气体组成。研究结果表明当五氟乙烷灭火剂流量小于最低灭火浓度时,火焰随着灭火剂流量增大而变长变亮,火焰区温度变高;当五氟乙烷灭火剂流量大于最低灭火浓度时火焰熄灭,温度迅速降低。热解气体中HF的含量随着灭火剂流量的增大而增大。五氟乙烷在B类火焰作用下还会产生1,1,1,3,3,3六氟丙烷和1,1,3,3,3五氟丙烯。由此可见,用五氟乙烷抑制乙醇火焰时,随着向火焰区输送的五氟乙烷灭火剂流量的增大,不但没有减弱乙醇的燃烧,相反火焰逐渐增强,产生的HF毒气增多。尾气中除五氟乙烷、O2、N2外,主要为CO2 、1,1,1,3,3,3六氟丙烷和1,1,3,3,3五氟丙烯。64158

Title The Study on the Thermal Decomposition of HFC-125 under the Interaction of Class B Flame
Abstract Pentafluoroethane as the efficient clean Halon alternatives,whether the fire extinguishing agents produce toxic gases after being released in fires, which seriously threaten the safety of people and equipments.To study of the pyrolysis properties of HFC-125(Pentafluoroethane) under the interaction of class B flame,an experimental research system consisted of cup burner and gas collection system etc was designed and built which was used to research for the interaction of HFC-125 and class B flame,conduct the inquiry of the affection of extinguish consistency lead to the structure of the flame、the temperature of the flame、the pyrolysis gas content of HF, qualitative analysis by GC/MS research the composition of thermal breakdown products. The experimental results showed that when the pentafluoroethane extinguishing concentration is under the lowest,the flame grew longer and brighter with the increased of the extinguish concentration,the temperature builded-up too.The flame died out and the temperature liner decreased when the concentration above the lowest extinguish concentration.The pyrolysis gas content of HF increased with the pentafluoroethane increased.Pentafluoroethane produced propane,1,1, 1,3,3,3-hexafluoro and 1-propane,1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoro.From those,when class B fire was inhibited by HFC-125,with the flow of HFC-227 growing,the combustion of C2H5OH was not weaken, but on the contrary, it was strengthened and the content of HF was growing.The gaseous products in addition of HFC-125、O2、N2, propane,1,1, 1,3,3,3-hexafluoro、1-propane,1,1,3,3,3-pentafluoro and carbon dioxide were mainly contained.
