    环氧树脂是一种重要的热固性树脂,因其具有良好的综合性能和工艺性而在复合材料、胶黏剂和涂料行业中有着不可替代的作用。然而,其固化物耐热性差,难以满足日益发展的工程技术要求,限制了环氧树脂进一步应用。随着高新技术的不断发展,对环氧树脂提出了越来越高的要求,因而也就不断推动着高性能环氧树脂的研究开发。67504

    本论文研究的三酚基乙烷缩水甘油醚是一种耐高温环氧树脂,这种树脂具有良好的韧性和加工性能,可广泛用于高性能复合材料、封装材料等领域。本文以苯酚和乙酰丙酮为原料合成1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷(THPE),再以1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷与环氧氯丙烷(ECH)缩合制备三酚基乙烷缩水甘油醚。实验研究合成出了纯度较高的1,1,1-三(4-羟基苯基)乙烷以及三酚基乙烷缩水甘油醚样品,并采用FTIR、NMR等手段进行了表征,还对THPE单体、熔点以及环氧树脂固化物的剪切强度等基本性能进行了研究。通过不同条件的对比,得出制备三酚基乙烷缩水甘油醚的最佳工艺,合成的环氧树脂的环氧值为可以达到0.51mol/100g。选用聚酰亚胺作为固化剂,得到具有良好机械性能和粘接强度的耐高温环氧胶黏剂。

    nyl) Ethane Triglycidyl Ether with Phenol and Parahydroxy   Benzaldehyde

    Abstract

    Epoxy resin is an important thermosetting resin .As we know that epoxy resins were widely used as adhesives and matrix resin in composites. However, most thermosetting resin,they have many disadvantages, such as the great brittleness in the cured state and low heat-resistance. So it’s difficult to fit for the requirements of the developing engineering technology and restricts its application in some special occasion.

    This article introduces tri (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethane ether is a high temperature resistant epoxy resin .It has excellent tenacity and process ability, and it is widely used as high performance composite and encapsulation materials .The article mainly studies the syntheses of 1,1,1-tri-(p-hydroxyphenyl) ethane with phenol and acetylacetone,tri (4-hydroxyphenyl) ethane triglycidyl ether with the 1,1,1-tri-(p-hydroxyphenyl) ethane and epoxy chloropropane. Experimental study of synthesis of monomer tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethane and tri(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethane triglycidyl ether, deeply studied on the basic performance of THPE monomer and epoxy resin by measuring FTIR, NMR, epoxy value, melting point and shear strength. And innovatively adopting dichloromethane and ethanol solution to purification THPE monomer. Results show that the epoxy value of THPEGE is 0.51mol/100g 。High temperature resistant epoxy adhesives had been proved to have a good mechanical properties and bonding strength because they combined the advantages of epoxy resin and polyimide resin by mixing of the two resins with complementary properties.
