The design is based on the S-PP technology and set for 90,000 tons of annual output .Then proceed to the material balance 、 energy balance and equipment selection, Finally reached a more complete design specification.
Another, Because of its rich resource, low price, easy to process takes shape, fine productoverall performance,therefore it is widely applied to chemical,the chemical fiber, the light industry, the electrical appliances, the building, the packing, agricultural, the national defense, thetransportation, the civil plastic product and so on. In the polyolefine resin,it is only inferior after the PVC、PE the third general plastic.

This design content is about 90000 tons/year polypropylene production technology design, design including process flow design, material calculation, energy calculation, equipment selection, safe environmental protection and economic technology evaluation. In this paper a detailed calculation out of raw materials, product of dosage units unit output, is by the heat transfer area selected for the various kinds of equipment technology, according to the selection process design out of the process flow diagram and production workshop pattern, and in the last wrote the feasibility study report, business planning books and user manuals.
