摘 要:中小民营企业作为我国经济发展的重要力量,要获得进一步发展,必须要有优秀人才的储备,以在市场竞争中占据主动地位。由于中小民营企业外部招聘能力不足,要获得人才,最有效的途径就是通过培训来进行内部晋升,所以建立科学系统的人力资源培训体系,提高企业培训的有效性是企业的重要发展战略。通过对中小民营企业概况和培训理论的阐述,分析我国中小民营企业在人力资源培训体系中存在的问题,确定了中小民营企业人力资源培训体系的必要性,并结合人力资源培训体系的设计原则,从培训流程的三个阶段出发,对中小民营企业人力资源培训体系进行方案设计,指出人力资源培训执行中需注意的问题。期望这些分析和设计能对中小民营企业人力资源培训体系提供借鉴和帮助,从而促进中小民营企业的健康、快速发展。40053

Research of Training System of Human Resources in Small and Medium-sized Private Enterprises
Abstract:As the important power of economic development in China,small and medium sized private enterprises should have the reserve of talented people,and take the initiative in the competition.Due to the lack of small and medium-sized private enterprises external recruitment ability to get talent people,the most effective way is training for internal promotion. Therefore,the establishment of scientific and systematic human resources training system, improving the effectiveness of the enterprise training is the important strategy of enterprise development.Through the understanding of small and medium-sized private enterprises survey and training theory,China's small and medium-sized private enterprises in human resources training system in the existing problems,determine the necessity of small and medium-sized private enterprises human resources training system,and combining with the design principles of the human resources training system,from the three stages of the training process about scheme design of small and medium-sized private enterprises human resources training system,points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of human resources training.It is expected that these analysis and design can provide reference and help the human resources to train system of small and medium sized private enterprises,thus promoting the health and rapid development of small and medium private enterprises.
