摘要书面表达能力作为语文能力的重要衡量指标之一,它能够通过字词句篇集中地反映学生的思想内容、生活经验、语文基础知识和语言水平。但在课程标准中,尤其是关于小学生语文书面表达能力方面的表述简单、笼统,缺乏清晰、有指导意义的表现标准的支撑。在此背景下,本研究将通过对中国、美国和澳大利亚的课程标准进行对比分析,找出我国课程标准的缺失;同时对小学写作课程标准中要求的文本类型和对应的书面表达能力要素进行细致的分析,并在科学理论的支撑下,对小学生书面表达能力的表现标准进行重新建构;以学段目标和不同写作类型为结构框架,用简单明了的表格将小学生语文书面表达能力表现标准精准地呈现出来;最后提出基于标准的教学评建议,以实现能力表现标准的“促学、促教、促评”这一意义。41868

A Study on the Performance Standard of the Primary School Students' Chinese Writing Ability
Abstract
As one of the important indicators of the Chinese language ability, the written expression ability can be used to reflect the student's ideological content, life experience, Chinese basic knowledge and language level. But in the curriculum standards, especially on the primary school students' language written expression ability of the expression is simple, general, lack of clear, there is the guiding significance of the performance of the standard support. Under this background, this study through the curriculum standards of China, America and Australia carries on the contrast analysis, discovers the lack of our curriculum standards; detailed analysis of elementary school writing curriculum standard requirements of text types and the corresponding ability of written expression elements at the same time, and under the support of scientific theory, on the pupils' written expression ability of performance standards for re construction; to learn some goals and different types of writing frame structure, with a simple and clear form the primary language written expression ability performance standard accurately displayed. Finally puts forward the suggestion of standard based teaching evaluation. To help achieve the ability to performance standards, promote learning, promote teaching, promote the evaluation of significance.
