摘要教师资格准入制度是我国选拔教师的一项基本制度,全国统一考试改革后师范生免试资格被取消,不论师范生还是非师范生,所有人都需经过考试才能获得教师资格认定。这有利于促进教师专业化发展、提高教师整体素质以及教育事业的发展。本论文试图通过分析教师资格准入制度的发展历程,分析该制度改革前存在的不足和改革带来的新变化,认识到改革背景下师范教育存在的优势。同时,认识到教师资格准入制度改革对师范教育带来的发展机遇和挑战,并为师范教育在未来的改革方向上提出一些具体的应对措施,从而使师范教育能够在改革背景下得以良好的发展,使师范生的整体素质得到提高,培养出高质量的师范生,促进我国教师专业化发展,促进我国教育事业的发展。42378

The Analysis of the Teacher Education Reform is under the Background of Teachers' Qualification Admittance System Reform
Abstract
Teachers' qualification admittance system is a basic system to select teachers in our country,after the national unification test reformed, normal students testfree eligibility has been cancelled, to get a recognition of the qualifications for teachers, whether or not normal students, all people are required to pass the exam. For the teacher professional development, improving the teachers' comprehensive quality and the development of education has greatly promoting role. This paper discusses the problems in terms of historical development of teachers' qualification admittance system and the existing problems of teachers' qualification admittance system reform before the deficiencies and the new change of reform. To realize the reform of normal education is under the background of the original advantage. At the same time, to realize teachers' qualification admittance system reform of the teacher education of development opportunities and challenges, under the background of the reform, to find some more complete educational administrative strategies, to get a good development for the normal education. To strengthen the construction of teachers' team in China, improving the level of teachers' professional, education and teaching, to promote the development of education in our country.

百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本;有好的老师才有好的教育,才能促进我国教育事业的发展。教师资格准入制度全国统一考试改革后在全国全面实施,凸显了我国教育事业发展的新面貌。“教师资格准入制度,又称教师资格认证制度,是指在一定的历史条件下,国家对从事教师职业、专业或教育教学活动的人所应具备的条件或身份的一种强制性规定,是国家对教师实行的法定的职业许可制度,是国家对专门从事教育教学工作人员的基本要求,是公民获得教师岗位的法定前提”。[1]
