    摘要:课堂导入指在一开始上课时,教师为了引起学生的注意,激发学生的学习兴趣,以最佳状态进入新的教学环节或教学内容而通过引导、激发等多种方法促进教学活动顺利进行的一种教学行为。课堂导入是课堂教学的起始环节,对于提高课堂教学的有效性具有重要作用。然而,笔者在教育实习中通过观察发现,小学课堂导入存在严重问题,主要表现在导入时间不合理、导入方法选择不当以及导入衔接不紧凑等。究其原因,在于小学教师对导入环节的重要性认识不足、导入设计能力欠缺、教学经验不足以及教学态度不端正。因此,要提高小学课堂导入效果,需要教师提升自身的专业素养,深入了解课堂导入环节的功能。要加强教师的教学设计能力培训,能够合理设计导入环节。加大加强教师教学反思,增进教师教学经验。还需加强教师职业道德,端正教师的职业态度。48598

    Research on the Problem of Primary School Classroom Introduction

    Abstract :Classroom teaching means at the beginning of class, teachers for students' attention, stimulate student interest in learning, to the best state into the new teaching content or teaching activities through a variety of methods to promote teaching guide and stimulate a smooth, etc. species teaching behavior. Classroom teaching is the starting part of classroom teaching, to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching has an important role. However, the author in teaching practice observed by primary school classroom introducing serious problems, mainly in the introduction time is unreasonable, inappropriate choice of method for introducing and importing convergence is not compact like. The reason is that primary school teachers on the importance of introducing aspects of lack of knowledge, lack of capacity into the design, lack of teaching experience and teaching attitude is not correct. Therefore, to improve the effect of introducing primary school classroom, teachers need to improve their professional knowledge, understanding classroom import link function. To strengthen the capacity of teacher training instructional design, rational design can import links. Due to the increased reflections of teachers’ teaching to enhance teachers' teaching experience. We need to strengthen the professional ethics of teachers, teachers' professional attitude correct.
