摘 要:幼儿期,攻击性行为是一种常见的行为问题,对幼儿的身心发展有着诸多的不良影响。幼儿攻击性行为受到个人、家庭、学校、社会等因素的影响。本文在分析幼儿攻击性行为成因的基础上,提出了一系列矫正幼儿攻击性行为的策略。如:创设适宜幼儿发展的良好环境、培养幼儿的亲社会行为、言传身教,使幼儿掌握正确的化解纠纷、解决矛盾的方法,引导幼儿采取合理方式发泄消极情绪以及对幼儿进行认知智能训练,提高其认知能力等。通过以上策略,培养幼儿健全的人格并且促进幼儿的发展。64436

Abstract:In childhood, being aggressive is a quite common behavior problem, which has many negative effects on children’s physical and mental growth. For a child, such aggressive bahavior normally arises from many factors, ranging from inpidual, family, educational institution to society. On the basis of analysis of reasons for their aggressive behavior, I come up with a series of strategies, aimed to deal with them. For instance, we can actively provide a decent enviornment benefiting children’s growing up, where prosocial bahavior are greatly advocated, so that children are likely to be taught to learn,experience, even master approaches to resolving and fixing conflicts through our words and deeds. Additionally, children are expected to be instructed to take reasonable measures to let off their negative mood via cognitive intelligence training, raising their cognitive ability. In short, through the strategies above, children’s healthy personalities tend to be developed and also it will contributes to children’s growth in a healthy way.

1 引言
幼儿的攻击性行为在3—6岁时会呈现出一个高峰期。年龄越小,其攻击性行为就越明显。幼儿的攻击性行为在给他人带来伤害的同时,也对自己的身心健康发展造成一定的危害。如果不进行及时的矫正,很有可能对今后的发展造成障碍。因此,正确分析幼儿攻击性行为的成因并采取适宜的矫正策略已成为当今幼儿教育的重要课题。
2 概念界定
攻击性行为,又称侵犯行为,指个体采取的使他人受损失或不舒服的行为。如侮辱、抢夺、殴打和损坏他人物品等行为。攻击性行为是幼儿在身心发展过程中,其人际关系还没有形成良好的社会适应所表现出来的不良行为。[1]
