摘 要: 宜兴百合是三大食用百合之一,其良好的自然种植基础,栽培经验以及广阔的市场需求,使得宜兴百合经久不衰。宜兴百合是宜兴农业发展的重要组成部分,受到各方关注,尽管政府和民间集合多方力量,大力保护发展宜兴百合,但是还是存在一些方面有待改进。本论文首先通过分析宜兴百合的发展现状,对宜兴百合进行简单介绍,其次采用文献研究、收集数据的方法深入分析宜兴百合存在的问题,即成本较高,百合产业规范化不够,销售渠道不够完善和形式过于简单,研发不足,附加值低以及品牌保护不力这五个方面,最后针对上述问题逐一提出科学规范产业链,分级销售,加大科研力度以及保护品牌的对策,为宜兴百合寻找更好的出路,使该特产不仅能够立足宜兴本土,而且能够走向全国乃至更大范围。64626

Abstract: Lilium lacifolium Thunb is one of three edible Lily, good basis of natural plant, experience of planting and the huge market demand ,all of these make Lilium lacifolium Thunb keep developing. Lilium lacifolium Thunb is an important part of the development of yixing agriculture, and is watched by many people, even government and non-government work together to protect and develop it, but there are still many problems needed to be improved. Firstly, this paper describes the development situation of Lilium lacifolium Thunb to introduce it simply. Secondly, deeply analyzed Lilium lacifolium Thunb’s problems from five aspects, including high cost, inadequate industry standardization, inadequate and too simple distribution channels, lack of R&D, low value-added and brand protection inadequate, with methods of date collecting and literature research. Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures one by one for the reasons above, including scientific and standardized chain, classification sales and brand protection to seek the better ways for Lilium lacifolium Thunb, not only make this develop well in yixing, but also be famous around the nation.
