摘要: 本设计主要是针对社会上现阶段许多的KTV点歌系统,由于其自身的功能不足、信息的实时性不好而给KTV商家以及用户带来了诸多不便。为此,在系统设计时,除添加了一般的权限管理模块、点歌模块、陪唱模块外,还增加了商品模块、实时性模块,以及对交易信息的统计分析模块、用户反馈模块等,实时性模块、统计分析模块、用户反馈模块是系统的三大亮点,该系统采用C#编程语言和MySQL数据库实现,开发工具软件选用的是Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,辅助软件有Photoshop、Microsoft Visio、Microsoft Word等,商家可以通过实时性模块来及时了解有哪些商品货源不足,以便于其备货,同时还可以实时查看到未完成订单以及助唱到位情况的信息,以及对相应业务状态的更改;商家也可以通过统计分析模块来查询到哪些商品卖的比较好、哪些助唱人员比较受用户的欢迎,同时还可以查看到某一时间内的盈利情况;在用户反馈模块中,用户可以对KTV的氛围效果、服务态度进行评价,同时还可以向KTV提出一些问题或者是一些宝贵的建议。39515

Design and Implementation of KTV VOD System
Abstract: This design is mainly for VOD systems of many KTVs, which bring much inconvenience to the proprietor and customers due to their shortage of functions and poor performance on information’s instantaneity. Apart from common authority management module, VOD module, accompanying singing module, I also add statistical analysis module, user feedback module and so on to the system. Among these, real-time module, statistical analysis module, user feedback module are the three highlights of the system. System implementation adopts C# programming language and database MySQL. Besides, Development Tools software is Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. In addition, other auxiliary software includes Photoshop, Microsoft Visio, Word etc. By real-time modules, the proprietor can not only know which goods are in shortage timely in order to stock up, but also check unfinished orders and whether employees who accompany singing are in place, as well as change corresponding state of the business. By statistical analysis module, the proprietor is able to find which goods are sold better and which employees who accompany singing are better welcomed by customers. At the same time, profit status during a certain time period can also be viewed. Through user feedback module, customers can evaluate atmosphere as well as service attitude, and raise questions or give valuable advice to KTV.
