摘要医患关系管理系统主要是为医院加强与患者之间沟通的系统。本课题在云架构的基础上,通过Spring MVC技术与数据库来实现满意度随访、医学随访、科研随访等服务,与医院HIS系统协同工作,帮助医院实现提高患者满意度和医疗服务质量、助力科研工作,实现改善医患关系的目标,全面实践“以病人为中心”的服务理念,为医院的发展带来深远的影响。同时,本系统设计采用的云架构,不仅降低了开发的复杂程度、简化了系统的维护工作,还使系统的安全性得到更高的保障,使业务变得更加灵活,出现变化时能更好的应对,可以满足不同医院的不同需求。本文的编写主要针对医患关系管理系统的基本功能设计,来描述系统的业务流程以及具体实现过程。43477

Based on the technology of Internet of Hospital Customer Relationship Management system design and implementation
Abstract: The Hospital Customer Relationship Management system is mainly for the hospital to strengthen communication between patients and hospital. This topic on the basis of the cloud architecture, through the MVC Spring technology and database, to achieve satisfactory follow-up, medical follow-up, research and follow-up services, cooperation work with HIS system in hospital, to help the hospital to improve patient satisfaction and medical service quality, scientific research, to achieve the goal of improving the relationship between doctors and patients. Comprehensive practice of "patient-centered" service concept, bring far-reaching influence to the development of the hospital. At the same time, Cloud Architecture is employed in the design of the system, not only reduces the development complexity and simplify the system maintenance work, also make the security of the system get higher security, make the business becomes more flexible, when there is a change to better response and can meet the different needs of hospitals. In this paper, the preparation of the Hospital Customer Relationship Management system for the basic function of the design, to describe the system's business process and the specific implementation process.
