客户信息管理系统通过对企业业务流程的一些用户资源，从而对客户关系进行有效的管理，能实现企业内部的资源与信息的共享，客户信息管理系统能够提高企业管理人才对企业进行管理的效率，并且能够使管理自动化，系统化，规范化，因此开发出客户信息管理系统能使企业在拓宽市场，提高效率和增加客户三大方面进行大大的改进，从而有利于企业的长久发展具有重要的意义。
