    摘要   网站分类目录是用户进行信息获取的重要途径之一，因此网站分类目录的组 织结构与用户心智模型的相似程度影响用户信息获取效率。 心智模型的空间性可 以揭示个体评价不同概念的潜在心理标准，也就是不同的概念在被试心理空间中 的相对位置。多维尺度法可以对个体认知过程和认知结构做深度的勘察，能够有 效解决如何测量和描述心智模型不同概念之间的关系的难题。 本论文利用网站日 志数据获取用户认知；利用多维尺度法分析用户心智模型，为网站目录优化研究 提供新思路。  本文首先梳理了基于用户认知角度的网站分类相关研究，然后重点介绍心智 模型相关研究，之后对于多维尺度法的定义原理、流程等内容进行了阐述；在此 基础上以中国制造网为例进行实证分析，依据心智模型分类理论设计实验，分析 用户关于网站分类目录认知与网站现有分类目录的关系，为网站分类目录优化提 供定量决策支持。60413

    Abstract    As most of website users use website category to access information, the  similarity between the structure of category and the mental model of users will affect  the efficiency of information access. The character of spatiality can disclose the latent  psychology criterion of user’s appraisement of different concepts, it mean the relative  position of user’s mental space . This paper focuses on access users’ cognition from  web log data. We design the Multidimensional scaling  (MDS)  algorithm of spatial  measure of user’s mental mode, and our method can offer new view for website user  research.  This paper reviews the research about website classification based on user  cognition, including the future development of website category. Secondly, this paper  elaborates mechanism of website users’ conceptual structure in the progress of  information access. Then, this paper  analyzes the application of research methods  about mental model in the research of website users’ cognition. Finally, taking MIC  for instance, design experiment based on mental model classification theory to  analyze the relationship between users’ cognition and website category. The result can  provide quantitative support for website category optimization.
