摘要: 随着计算机技术和互联网的发展,在网上购物、在线咨询等场景中,自动应答系统已经被用来代替人工客服。但是,当顾客的情绪发生不满时,却无法及时发现并转入人工客服。为了解决上述问题,本次课题设计并实现了一个用户情绪分析系统。该系统主要包括词典维护模块、词条维护模块、情感分析模块、情绪监测模块、安全工具模块和辅助功能模块等。其中,词典维护模块实现了情绪词典在系统中的新建、打开、保存、另存为等功能,词条维护模块实现了对情绪词进行添加、删除、修改等功能。情感分析模块实现了对文本内容进行分析处理,判定其情绪倾向和强度的功能。情绪监测模块实现了对文本内容进行实时分析,必要时发出警告的功能。安全工具模块实现了文件加密、文件解密的功能。辅助功能模块实现了提供帮助文档、版本信息等技术支持的功能。该系统采用JavaFX技术进行开发,经测试证明运行良好,完成了预定的功能。61996

User Sentiment Analysis System
Abstract: With the development of computer technology and the Internet, in the online shopping, online consulting and other scenarios, the automatic response system has been used to replace the artificial customer service. However, the customer cannot be found in a timely manner and transferred to the artificial customer service, when they have dissatisfaction sometimes. In order to solve the problems above, this paper designs and implements a user sentiment analysis system. The system mainly includes dictionary maintenance module, entry maintenance module, emotion analysis module, emotion monitoring module, security tool module and auxiliary function module. The dictionary maintenance module implements the new, open, save, save as, and other functions in the system. The entry maintenance module implements the function of adding, deleting, modifying the emotional words. Emotional analysis module is a function which is used to analyze the text contents and determine the emotional tendency and intensity. Emotion monitoring module implements the real-time analysis of the text contents, and it can warn when necessary. Security tool module implements the function of file encryption and file decryption. The auxiliary function module is a function providing the support of the technology, such as the help document, the version information and so on. The system is developed by the JavaFX technology. The test shows that the system can run well, and all scheduled functions have been completed.
