摘要当今社会,工业节奏不断地加快,因此如何提高产品的生产效率,实现加工零件的自动化成为重中之重。气动技术作为实现自动化的一门技术,它具有来源简单,传递效率高,安全性好,环境污染小,气动元件结构简单等优点,在许多领域有广泛的应用。PLC控制技术具有可靠性高,易学易用,功能完善,能耗小,文护方便等优点,是实现机电一体化的理想的控制技术,在生产过程中得到了广泛应用。因此,为了提高钻床的生产效率,本文设计了一全气动钻床,采用气动技术来实现对待加工工件的送料、夹紧、钻削过程,控制系统采用PLC控制,从而实现钻床的自动化过程。
本次设计的主要内容为全气动钻床的整体结构的设计,包括送料系统、进给系统、夹紧系统的设计,气动系统的设计以及PLC控制系统的设计,重点为钻床主轴进给系统设计,钻削气压缸的设计以及PLC程序的设计。钻床主轴的动作主要为轴向运动和进给运动,PLC控制系统设计主要通过设计程序来控制气压回路动作,实现钻床自动化加工。28019

In this paper, the design of the a gas dynamic drilling, aerodynamic technology is adopted to treat the workpiece feeding and clamping, drilling and cutting process, the control system uses the PLC control, so as to realize the automation of drilling process.
The main content of the design for the gas dynamic design of the overall structure of the drilling machine, including feeding system, the design of feeding system, a clamping system, pneumatic system, and the design of PLC control system design, key for drilling spindle feed system design, pneumatic cylinder design and PLC program design.
