摘要扫气口与排气口位于气缸同侧,扫气口在纵横方向有倾斜角,使扫气口气流的主流在气缸内活塞顶和气缸壁流动的时候形成回流,将废气由排气口挤出。
本次毕业设计的主要任务是完成气缸套的铣削加工以及数控编程,主要是针对扫气口的钻-粗铣-精铣过程来设计夹具和数控程序。除此之外还有其他的一些工作:零件的工艺分析、确定毛坯图、零件的工艺分析、确定粗精基准,从而保证加工精度。
加工过程中使用机床夹具可以稳定的保障产品的质量,从而不必过高要求工人的技术等级。采用先进高效的机床夹具不仅可以减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,甚至可以实现自动化过程。
本次毕业设计的夹具不仅结构简单,可以方便、快捷的满足生产需要,而且可以稳定高质量的完成零件的生产工艺,从而实现大批量生产,提高效益。28104

Title Research on numerical control of cylinder sleeve parts of diesel engine
Abstract
Scavenging port and the exhaust port are located on the same side of the cylinder. Scavenging port has tilt angle in vertical and horizontal directions, so that the reflux is formed when the main stream in the scavenging port flows between the piston and cylinder wall within the cylinder and the exhaust is extruded from the vent.
The main task of this graduation project are to complete the milling process of the cylinder liner using CNC programming, and to design the fixture and NC program for the drill - roughing - finishing process of scavenging port. There are also a number of other tasks process analysis of the parts, such as the determination of blank drawing and the determination of coarse precision datum, which can ensure the accuracy.
The fixture used in the process can guarantee the quality of the products, which do not have excessive demands on the skill level of workers. Efficient and advanced machine fixtures used in the process can not only reduce labor intensity of workers and improve productivity, and even can automate the process.
The fixture used in the graduation project has simple structure, which can meet production needs conveniently and quickly and stabilize the production process with high quality. Therefore, the mass production and the improvement of efficiency can be achieved.
