摘要: 高精度的卷绕系统,蒸发系统,屏蔽机构与真空系统组成了卷绕式真空镀膜机,它是镀膜机构成的四个主要部分。卷绕式真空镀膜机在制膜领域被广泛应用,卷绕系统的设计对卷绕式镀膜机的运行稳定性有着重要的影响。本次设计论文主要介绍了一种新型的、镀膜幅度宽的卷绕式真空镀膜机卷绕系统结构的选择和对比。描述了其设计思路和方法,并在最后制定了一套较为完整的系统结构,对部分结构设计也进行了相应的阐述。29852
与老式的卷绕式真空镀膜机卷绕系统结构相比,本次通过对二、三电机驱动的基材卷绕系统的真空卷绕镀膜设备之间的对比,来制定出更为合适的卷绕系统结构。老式的镀膜机与新式镀膜机我认为主要区别在于镀膜卷绕系统结构中加入了冷却辊来对镀好膜的物件表面进行冷却,防止镀膜不均匀以及褶皱的产生等等。如何做好基于电机选择的系统结构设计是本次设计的重要内容,既要做到驱动电机少,又要做到镀膜空间少,镀膜速度快,质量高,镀膜宽。

The design of coiling vacuum coating machine winding system structure
Abstract: true coating machine mainly includes the following four parts: high precision winding system,evaporation system,shielding institution,vacuum system. Coiling vacuum coating machine is widely used in the field of thin film preparation,winding system design to stable operation of the winding type coating machine equipment has an important influence. This article mainly introduced the wide coiling vacuum coating machine winding and contrast on the choice of system structure. Its design thought and method is discussed,and finally worked out a set of relatively complete system structure,the design concept also has carried on the corresponding in this paper.
With past coiling,compared to vacuum coating machine winding system structure based on vacuum winding plating equipment for two,three,motor drive the contrast between the base material winding system,to formulate appropriate winding system structure. Old-fashioned coating machine with the new coating machine I think the main difference is that adding the cooling roll coating winding system structure for good plating film of the surface of the object for cooling,prevent the formation of uneven coating and fold,and so on. How to choose based on motor system is an important content of the design,structure design should not only do drive motor,less and less space to do coating,coating speed,high quality,coating width.
