【摘要】: 为了人员和设备在采矿过程中的安全,必须要求液压支架在矿中具有较高的可靠性和安全性,液压支架交付使用之前需要对其进行性能测试,因此我们设计了液压支架试验台。液压控制系统是液压支架试验台的关键组成部分,本文主要对试验台的液压系统进行设计。39606
首先对课题研究背景意义,国内外液压支架试验台的状况及其液压系统发展的状况进行阐述,比较分析几个不同的液压系统设计方案,分析了未来液压支架试验台发展的趋势,初步给出自己的设计方法。
其次设计液压支架试验台总体方案,对液压系统每个部位,油压系统,乳化液系统进行设计,并对其工作原理进行详细的说明。对系统中所需的各种辅助元件进行参数计算、确定辅助元件的型号。计算系统各回路的参数,选出泵和电机。计算回路的压力损失。设计液压缸,计算液压缸各尺寸大小,并对其强度进行校核。设计液压台外形,画出面板布置图。
最后论述了对液压元件和管件的质量检测以及液压元件和管道的安装方法,并论述了对安装完成的液压系统进行调试与运转的方法,最后也对此系统进行了调试与运转证明了本次设计的合理性。

【Abstract】:To personnel and equipment safety in the mining process, must ask hydraulic support has high reliability and safety in the mine, hydraulic support need to be delivered before use performance test, therefore we design the hydraulic support test rig. Hydraulic control system is the key component of hydraulic support test bench, this paper carried out on the test rig of hydraulic system design.
First, the research background and significance, status and condition of the hydraulic system of hydraulic support test stations at home and abroad for development of elaborate comparative analysis of several different hydraulic system design, analysis of the trend of the future development of hydraulic support test station, initially given own design.
Secondly, the overall design of hydraulic support test station program, for each part of the hydraulic system, hydraulic system, emulsion system design, and a detailed description of their work. A variety of auxiliary components required in the system parameter calculations to determine the type of auxiliary components. Parameter calculation system for each circuit, select the pump and motor. Calculated pressure loss loop. Design of hydraulic cylinders, each cylinder to calculate the size and check its strength. Design of hydraulic station appearance, draw panel layout.
Finally, it discusses the quality testing of hydraulic components and fittings, and hydraulic components and piping installation method and discusses the hydraulic system installation is complete commissioning and operation methods, this system was finally commissioning and operation proved this rationality of design.
