摘要为满足汽车安全带固定点强度试验需要,研制了汽车安全带固定点强度试验台。根据汽车安全带固定点试验台法规及相关试验,该试验台采用UG三维制图、装配并以电液伺服系统为加载机构,具有9个通道,能实现单个缸或多个缸同步加载试验。每个通道能进行位置伺服控制和力伺服控制加载试验。着重论述了机械结构的设计、计算、校核以及液压系统的设计和性能验算,能够满足试验要求。并绘制了固定点试验台的装配图、零件图、液压原理图以及液压结构图。该试验台机械台架结构强度高,机械机构功能灵活,能针对不同车型自行调整工装位置,满足各种车型多种试验安装要求。由于现在汽车企业对于安全越来越重视,研究此试验台具有重大意义。43917

Abstract
