摘要夹具作为机械制造业的一种重要工艺装备,它的设计与制造会直接影响到产品的研发周期和质量。缩短夹具设计周期,是计算机辅助夹具设计研究的重要领域,也是提高企业快速反应能力的一个重要环节。在当今市场竞争的激烈的背景下,企业信息化的需要迫在眉睫,企业对夹具的设计及制造提出了更高的要求。50296
针对上述现实问题,本文根据企业的需求开发了实用性强的基于UG平台的机床专用夹具设计系统,主要进行了下面几个方面的研究:
1、介绍了机床专用夹具设计的国内外研究现状,提出了基于UG平台二次开发的参数化设计方法,确定了系统的体系结构和功能模块。
2、阐述了机床专用夹具ug规范建模的方法,设计支持理论和设计使能技术,研究了机床专用夹具元件几何参数化建模及数据库建立的设计技术。
3、利用SQL Server、NX系统、Visual Studio 相互连接建立数据库,实现参数化功能,通过NX系统的二次开发,建立起人机交流的平台。
4、在NX系统参数化设计技术研究的基础上,建立了标准件的参数化和夹具常用夹具元件及非标准模型库、夹具体对比度分析机构、NX系统快速生成二维图的功能。
本文最后对开发NX系统平台的二次开发的机床专用夹具设计系统进行了详细的介绍,并给出了具体应用的实例,通过实例验证了所开发夹具系统的实用性。
