摘要随着我国综合国力的日益强大和海洋开发的日益增多,经济活动中对海洋运输和海洋资源的需求也不断增加。但因为海上风浪较大, 船舶在海上进行作业的危险系数也会大大调高,尤其是在进行贵重物资的吊运时,稍有不慎便会带来巨大的损失。因此需要研究一种具有波浪补偿功能的船用起重机来实现复杂海况环境下的起重作业。50729
Pro/ENGINEER是当今流行的CAD/CAE/CAM一体化软件之一,它功能强大,使用简便,在机械加工和工业设计领域内应用非常广泛。
本文的主要任务是海洋平台波浪补偿吊机的机械设计。本文首先分析了该课题的研究背景,对复杂海况的成因作了一定程度上的探讨;其次对国内外现有的波浪补偿系统进行研究,分析各类波浪补偿系统的优缺点并选定此次课题的波浪补偿方案;再根据确定的工况对波浪补偿吊机进行整体结构的设计计算,核算选取各部件型号、尺寸、材料。为了更好地模拟波浪补偿吊机在波浪状态下的作业,就要求对该波浪补偿回转起重机进行精确的三维建模。通过基于Pro/E5.0平台上对波浪补偿回转起重机的参数化建模方法的研究,可以非常明确的了解其建模方法,对进一步进行恶劣海况下海上作业的分析等有着十分重要的意义。

But because of large waves offshore, ship operations at sea as the waves will continue to move causing dipping cargo swaying, accidentally hit the ship's deck, can lead to serious material damage and ships damaged, causing a very large economic losses, especially when lifting carrying precious materials, the company and the staff will bring considerable losses and incalculable danger. Therefore need to study a kind of marine crane heave compensation function to achieve the complex sea state environment lifting operation.
Pro / ENGINEER is today's popular CAD / CAE / CAM integration software, it is powerful, easy to use, machining and industrial design in the field of application is very extensive.
The main task is to heave compensation offshore crane mechanical design. This paper analyzes the research background, the causes of complex sea conditions made the discussion to some extent; Secondly heave compensation system existing home and abroad to study, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various types of heave compensation system and select the topics heave compensation programs; according to the working conditions for the waves to determine compensation for the overall structure of the crane design calculations, accounting select the part number, size, material. In order to better simulate the waves heave compensation crane operating condition, it is requested that the slewing crane heave compensation for accurate three-dimensional modeling.
