摘要柴油机气缸套是柴油机的核心零部件,柴油机气缸套的质量直接影响柴油机的功率和排放指标。因此,气缸套的直线度和圆度在出厂前的检测显得尤为重要。目前传统的气缸套检测方法存在着效率低、精度差、成本高的问题,因此迫切需要设计一种成本低、测量精度与测量效率都比较高的气缸套几何参数自动检测系统。50739
本论文对比了现有的气缸套检测方法,提出用激光位移传感器传感器对气缸套进行非接触方式的测量方法。该系统由PC、激光位移传感器、数控机床、自主开发的在线检测软件组成,已基本能够实现对气缸套的直线度和圆度的自动检测了。本论文对整个系统进行了总体设计,确定了测量系统的组成,确定了直线度和圆度的测量方案,对硬件和软件部分进行合理的分配和设计等,着重介绍了软件系统设计部分,利用VB.NET程序,对软件系统各种模块控制界面进行比较友好的设计以及编写了串口通信、数据采集、数据处理、误差分析等程序,高效地实现数据的采集、处理和分析,然后得出测量结果。

Abstract Diesel engine cylinder liner are the core components of diesel engine, the quality of diesel engine cylinder liner directly affects diesel engine power and emissions index.Therefore, the detection of cylinder liner linearity and roundness before leaving the factory is particularly important.In the present traditional detection methods of cylinder liner have low efficiency , poor accuracy and high cost ,so there is an urgent need to design a low cost, higher efficiency and measurement accuracy automatic detection system for the geometric parameters of the cylinder liner.
Considering the actual situation,the measuring system for geometric parameters of the cylinder liner select non-contact measuring method and use PC as the control platform,we control the CNC machine making geometric parameter measurement via the RS-232 serial interface,then with the laser displacement sensor which is installed in the CNC machine tools we can measure diesel engine cylinder liner straightness and roundness,which are two kinds of form and position errors,and receive and collect sensor data via VB.NET which is a computer software program,so that the computer will be able to directly use the collected data for parametric comparative analysis.This paper mainly describes the design and composition structure of online measurement system , hardware system design and software system design,wherein,mainly is the establishment and implementation of parameter setting,NC measuring program generation and transmission,and data acquisition and analysis module in software system.
