摘要造型机是一种制造砂型的功能化机械设备。造型机是利用气压或液压通过压头对砂箱内的型砂施加压力来紧实型砂。系统运行时,压制缸通过油液的作用向下压制,液压系统的下面有一个缸会配合压制,使箱体内的砂体成型,待砂体成型完毕,造型机下面的顶模缸就会因为油液的作用将造好的模顶出。造出符合条件的铸件。50740
本文为造型机的液压系统设计,为造型机设计液压传动系统是此次的目的。
本次设计对液压系统中的三个缸进行了运动分析,计算了缸所需要的参数。根据造型机的运动设计液压原理图,再根据计算的数据对液压辅助元件泵、阀等进行选型。计算出油箱体积,对油箱进行设计,最后将选定的泵、阀、电机等通过管道装配成一个液压站,完成对液压站的设计。上述设计内容构成此造型机的液压传动系统。
