摘要花生自动脱壳机是将花生与花生壳剥离的生产作业机器,花生剥壳部件的技术水平决定了机器作业中花生仁剥壳率、花生果一次剥净率及生产效率等重要经济指标。本课题主要是研究花生脱壳机使用刮板和栅条进行2次脱壳的设计。对花生脱壳机械的关键技术与工作部件进行重点攻关,改革传统结构,研究新的脱壳机理,优化结构设计;同时在整体配置上进一步改进和完善,提高脱壳率,降低籽仁破损率。大多数机具目前仍依赖人工喂料或定位,影响了作业速度和作业质量。因此应通过机电一体化手段,开发设计自动喂料、自动定位脱壳装置,保证均匀喂料与有效定位,实现机组自动化操作,提高质量和生产率。本课题针对花生的脱壳特点,采用刮板和栅条进行脱壳,初步设计了刮板式花生脱壳机。51360

Abstract Peanut shelling machine is automatic production machines for peanut and peanut shell peeling, peanut shelling component is a key part of peanut automatic sheller, technical level of shelling component determines the machine work in peanut hulling rate, stripping a peanut fruit rate and production efficiency and other important economic indicators. This topic mainly research of peanut shelling machine using scraper and grid design 2 shelling. Research of key technology and key parts of peanut shelling machine, reform the traditional structure of shelling mechanism, new, optimized structure design; at the same time in the whole configuration to further improve and perfect, improve the hulling rate, reduce the seed damage rate. Most machines still relies on the manual feeding and positioning, affect the quality of the operation speed and operation. Therefore, through the mechanical and electrical integration method, design of automatic feeding, automatic positioning shelling device development, guarantee the uniform feeding and positioning, realize the system automation, improve quality and productivity.
