    摘要:低温易导致切花小菊生长和观赏性性状出现变化,而不同品种性状的稳定程度有较大差异,为了比较不同品种间的差异,对2个不同低温条件下的31个切花小菊品种的株高、茎粗、花径、着花量、分枝高度、分枝数量、分枝长度等7个指标进行测定,并采用主成分分析、隶属函数及单因素方差分析对它们进行性状稳定性评价。结果表明,性状表现很稳定的包括‘南农雪松’、‘南农小草莓’、‘南农金鹂’、‘小紫扣’、‘南农胭脂’;较稳定的包括‘南农紫云英’、‘南农亮粉点’、‘贝蕾斯’、‘乡村音乐’、‘南农紫珠’、‘南农嵩芒’、‘粉白间色’、‘南农玉笏’、‘南农俏风车’、‘蒙深粉’、‘蒙白’;不稳定的有‘南农岱华’、‘南农亮橙点’、‘南农云翠’、‘南农冰洁’、‘南农白点点’、‘南农碧云’、‘南农方舟’、‘南农粉莺’、‘南农红点点’、‘粉杜鹃’、‘南农红楼’、‘南农亮红点’、‘南农点柚’、‘南农岱粉’、‘南农小金星’。且低温主要对切花小菊的花枝特性产生较大影响,导致其花径、着花量、分枝数量明显低于对照组。29035

    Evaluation of stability of characteristics in seasonal low temperatures of spray cut chrysanthemum
    Abstract:Spray cut chrysanthemum varieties in seasonal low temperatures differ in their stability of characteristics,to evaluate stability of characteristics,the height of the stalk, the thickness of the stem, the diameter of the flower, the height of the branch, the number of branches and the length of the branch were studied in 31 cultivars.Principal component,subordinate function analyses and one-way analysis of variance were used. Results showed that the characteristics of ‘Xuesong’,‘Xiaocaomei’,‘Jingli’,‘Xiaozikou’and‘Yanzhi’were very stable.The characteristics of ‘Ziyunying’,‘Liangfengdian’ ,‘Beileisi’,‘Xiangcunyinyue’,‘Zizhu’,‘Songmang’,‘Fenbaijianse’,‘Yuhu’,‘Qiaofengche’,‘Mengshenfen’and ‘Mengbai’were relatively stable.However,the characteristics of ‘Daihua’,‘Liangchendian’,‘Yunyi’,‘Binjie’,‘Baidiandian’,‘Biyun’,‘Fangzhou’,‘Fenying’,‘Hongdiandian’,‘Fendujuan’,‘Honglou’,‘Lianghongdian’,‘Dianyou’,‘Daifen’and‘Xiaojinxing’ were not stable.What’s more,the low temperature have a great impact on the flower and branch of spray cut chrysanthemum.The diameter, the amount of flowers and the number of branches were significantly lower than the control group.
