摘要:降压草是多年生宿根草本,全株肉质,分枝性强,它的叶和杆含有总黄酮类化合物,具有研究价值。本课题中是运用有机溶剂萃取法提取降压草中总黄酮,并改良实验装置和优化提取降压草中总黄酮的工艺条件,还对所得提取液进行了纯化,最后是对降压草做活性成分分析及化学鉴定。结果表明有机溶剂(乙醇)提取降压草样品总黄酮的最佳工艺条件是:乙醇浓度95%,料液比1∶40 g/ml,提取时间1h;此条件下黄酮含有率为 4.7%。通过液相色谱法分析纯化后的降压草提取物,得出提取物中的确时含有总黄酮。通过邻苯三酚法和DPPH法验证了降压草总黄酮具有显著抗氧化性。34633

Extraction of Active Substance in Buck grasses
Abstract:Buck grass is a perennial herbaceous perennial, whole plant fleshy, strong branches, its leaves and stem contains flavonoid compounds, with research value. Using the organic solvent extraction of total flavonoids in grass buck, process conditions and improved experimental device and to optimize the extraction of licorice flavonoids, extract of total flavonoids were purified finally to buck grass active ingredient analysis and chemical identification. Results showed that extraction of organic solvent (ethanol) grass buck of total flavonoids of the sample, the optimum technological conditions are: 95% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio of 1: 40 g / ml, extraction time was 1 hour; under the conditions of the flavonoids extraction rate was 4.7%. The extracts of the extracts were purified by HPLC, and the total flavonoids were contained in the extract.. The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in the grass was determined by three phenol method and DPPH method.. The results showed that flavonoids in the extract of the antihypertensive herb had certain antioxidant activity.
