    摘要:栎子青冈是一种常绿乔木,分布比较局限,属于为极危种,而且由于人工的破坏,数量急剧下降。作为一种常绿树种,材质坚硬,收缩性较好,有广泛的应用。本论文以栎子青冈容器苗为研究对象,研究不同的光照条件对容器苗的生长和生理的影响。经过初步的研究发现,栎子青冈容器苗对光照条件的不同会出现不同的反应,光照强度越强,其容器苗生长的速度就越快,正常光照下的种苗的生长高度、茎粗、冠幅都大于遮阴下的种苗;叶片含水量及测定发现,正常光照下的叶片含水量百分比要明显高于遮阴条件下的叶片,同时测得叶面积和叶片干重,通过计算比叶重,正常光照下的叶片比叶重要明显大于遮阴的叶片比叶重;叶绿素含量的测定,分析得到遮阴的容器苗的叶片叶绿素含量要低于正常光照条件的叶片叶绿素含量,说明光照越强,叶片叶绿素含量越高;电子传输速率也会随着光强的增加而增加,而且正常光照的容器苗的最大电子传输速率都要高于遮阴的电子传输速率。此项研究结果为进一步开展栎子青冈容器苗的生长生理实验,种苗的培育和迁地保护奠定了基础,为进一步保护种苗和引种驯化扩展,研究栎子青冈的种源特性提供了理论基础。5992

    The effect of different light conditions on the Cyclobalanopsis blakei(Skan)Schott. container seedling growth and physiology
    Abstract:Cyclobalanopsis blakei (Skan) Schott.is an evergreen tree, a more limited distribution, are extremely endangered species, and because of the artificial destruction has drastically declined. As a evergreen species, hard materials, better contraction, a wide range of applications. In this paper, Cyclobalanopsis blakei(Skan)Schott. container seedlings for the study, research different light conditions on the container seedling growth and physiological impact. After preliminary research, Cyclobalanopsis blakei(Skan)Schott. container seedlings different lighting conditions will appear different reactions, light intensity, the stronger, the faster the speed of its container seedlings under the light of the growth of seedlings height, stem diameter, leaf span is greater than under the shade of seedlings; leaf water content determination found that, under normal light leaf water content percentage is significantly higher than under shade conditions leaves, and leaf area and leaf dry weight measured by calculating the ratio leaf weight more important than leaf blades under normal light significantly greater than the shade leaf Weight; Determination of chlorophyll content, leaf chlorophyll content analysis of shade container seedlings chlorophyll content lower than normal lighting conditions, indicating light stronger, the higher the content of chlorophyll; electron transfer rate will increase with the increase of the light intensity, and the maximum electron transfer rate of the normal lighting container seedlings electron transport rate should be higher than the shade. The results of this study is to further develop the growth of physiological experiments of Cyclobalanopsis blakei(Skan)Schott. container seedlings, seedling cultivation and ex-situ conservation has laid the foundation for further protect seedlings and introduction and domestication of expansion, beech, oak sub provenance characteristics provides a theoretical foundation.
