摘 要: 我国银杏叶资源十分丰富,银杏叶中含有重要的中药成分银杏黄酮,但长期以来,银杏叶都被人们忽视,造成一定的资源浪费。为了能从银杏叶中提取出更多的银杏黄酮,本论文就银杏黄酮提取条件进行优化。针对银杏黄酮,采用微波助提的方式,通过研究固液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度四个方面的研究,获得银杏黄酮提取的最优条件。其中,银杏叶片总黄酮提取的最优条件为:70%乙醇、1:30的料液比、提取温度37℃、提取时间30min,再经150W微波辅助提取4min,最终银杏叶片总黄酮提取浓度为0.2552mg/ml。银杏叶梗总黄酮提取的最优条件为:60%乙醇、1:30的料液比、提取温度45℃、提取时间15min,再经200W微波辅助提取2min,最终银杏叶梗总黄酮提取浓度为0.1346mg/ml。通过上述研究,能够为银杏叶总黄酮的工业化提取提供工艺技术参考。57999

Abstract:There are abundant resources of Gingko leaves in our country, and which contains Ginkgetin, a kind of significant Chinese herbaled medicinal ingredient. However, people had neglected them which caused a waste of resources for a long time. In order to extract more ginkgetin from Gingko leaves,so I wanted to do the subject as the optimization of Gingko Leaves Extraction Conditions. According to Ginkgetin, I took the means of microwave-assisted extraction by studying the following four aspects, solid-to-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration and the time and temperature of extraction.In the end, I obtained the optimization conditions of gingko leaves extraction. The optimization condition of gingko leaves extraction was: 70% ethanol, the ratio of solid material to liquid 1:30, 30 min extraction at 37℃, 150 W microwave extraction 4 min, The concentration of Flavone were 0.2552mg/ml; The optimization condition of Gingko biloba leaf stalks extraction was: 60% ethanol, the ratio of solid material to liquid 1:30, 15 min extraction at 45℃, 200 w microwave extraction 2 min, The concentration of Flavone were 0.1346mg/ml. Through the above research, we can provide industrialized utilization of extraction of flavonoids from ginkgo biloba leaves technology reference.
