    摘要: 20世纪90年代LED技术的长足进步,不仅是发光效率超过了白炽灯,光强达到了烛光级,而且颜色也从红色到蓝色覆盖了整个可见光谱范围,这种从指示灯水平到超过通用光源水平的技术革命导致各种新的应用,诸如汽车信号灯、交通信号灯、室外全色大型显示屏以及特殊的照明光源。33033
    由于LED的光强分布近似为朗伯型,如果不经过合适的光学系统处理而直接应用,则很难达到照明灯具的性能指标。为了更好地将LED推广至通用照明领域,研究LED光源的二次光学设计显得尤为重要。
    在本文中,对大功率的发光二极管LED,提出了一种新的计算机模拟方法,对两种商用高功率LED的模拟说明了具体的模拟过程。应用提出的相关系数,对大功率LED在二次光学设计方面的模拟结果和实际产品性能进行了比较和分析。只要发射角间隔大于1度,不同的高功率LED的相关系数就超过99%。也就是说,本文提出的模拟方法具有高度的准确性,足以用计算机模拟的LED来替代真实的高功率LED,也说明计算机模拟方法用于研究大功率LED的二次光学设计是一种非常有用的方法。
    本文通过固定多个变量,逐一研究单变量的方法来研究了曲率半径、反光杯顶端半径和底部半径、深度、硅胶折射率变化对光源出光效率和光强分布的影响规律,有些详细说明,有些略过,通过逐步优化得出各参数最优值,并根据作图直观的得出了一部分规律,可能这些规律不一定都十分准确,或者在取样过程中存在漏洞,但基本对于这些个规律有了简单认识,也对本设计有了深刻认识。本文研究过程中发现的相关规律以及设计的思路,对LED实际的研究应用具有指导意义。

    Two optical design of computer simulation and Simulation for high power LED light source
    Abstract: The great progress of the 1990s led technology, not only is the luminous efficiency than incandescent lamp, light intensity reached the candle, but the color of from red to blue covering the whole visible spectral range, the indicator level from to more than general light source level of the technological revolution resulted in a variety of new applications, such as automobile signal lamp, traffic signal lamp, outdoor full-color large screen and special lighting source.
    Due to the LED light intensity distribution of the lambert approximation model, if not treated with appropriate optical system and direct application, it is hard to achieve performance of the lighting lamps and lanterns. In order to better will be LED to general lighting field, research of LED light source of secondary optical design is particularly important
    In this article, the high-power LED light-emitting diodes, puts forward a new method of computer simulation, the simulation of two kinds of commercial high power LED illustrates the concrete simulation process. Application of correlation coefficient, the high-power LED in the secondary optical design, the simulation results and the actual product performance are compared and analyzed. As long as the launch Angle interval is more than 1 degree, the correlation coefficient of different high power LED is more than 99%. That is to say, in this paper, the simulation method with high accuracy, enough to use a computer simulation of leds to replace the high power LED, also suggests that the computer simulation method is used to investigate the secondary optical design of high power LED is a very useful method.
    on the influence law of light source the light efficiency and light intensity distribution, some details and some skip, step by step optimization obtains the optimum parameters, and according to the laws of the drawing part intuitive obtained, 
    may be these laws are not very accurate, or a loophole in the sampling process, but a simple understanding of basic for such a law, this design also has a deep understanding. In this paper, we study found that in the process of relevant laws and the design train of thought, has a guiding significance for LED the actual research applications.
