摘要:淮安处于京杭大运河重要的转轴地位,历史上的它因为运河的开凿以及漕运的发展,经济文化一度繁荣至极。但由于运河的淤塞及改道,对运河依赖程度较高的淮安不可避免地走向衰落。近年来,随着大运河的到来,淮安城市发展迎来了新的历史契机,而在这其中重中之重便是对淮安城市形象品牌的建构,因为优势城市品牌已经逐渐成为城市吸引人才、促进经济发展、提高综合实力的有效路径。论文分析了淮安城市品牌建构的现状,指出淮安城市品牌定位不清晰、城市形象设计不鲜明、城市品牌建设工作缺乏系统性。论文认为“运河之都”可以成为淮安城市品牌的定位,在此基础上可以通过创新城市CI设计、推进重点城市品牌的建设,实施有效的品牌管理等措施来建设淮安城市品牌。52296

Abstract: Huaian is located at the important rotor position of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal . In the history ,its economy and culture had once been great prosperity, because of the digging of the canal and the development of the grain transportation. But because of the silting up of the canal and persions of traffic, Huaian , which had high degree of dependence on canal, inevitably declined. In recent years, with Canal’s application for the heritage, Huaian is faced with an opportunity for revitalization . The most important thing is to build the image of city brand. Because advantage city brand has gradually become effective ways of a city to attract talents, promote economic development and improve its comprehensive strength .The article analyzes the current situation of building the city’s brand,points out the brand location of Huaian is not clear, the image of the city design is not bright, the job of urban brand construction lacks systemic. The article thinks that "city of the canal" can be the brand location of huaian.On that basis, in order to establish the brand of Huaian, we can innovate CI design, facilitate the construction of key citiy’s brand and carry out effective brand management measures.

现如今我国城市化进程越来越快,城市间的竞争日益激烈,如何在如此激烈的竞争中处于优势地位,许多城市规划者提出了自己的看法,除了提高城市的经济、改善城市的交通、发展城市教育等传统的做法之外,越来越多的城市开始关注一个新的概念,那就是“城市品牌”。城市品牌不是关注城市某一方面的问题,而是建立一个庞大且复杂的系统。典型的例子有,上海致力于打造“国际化金融大都市”;巴黎以“时尚之都”闻名于世界;香港打出“亚洲国际都会”的名片。所以说,目前各个城市都在致力于创建自己城市的品牌,这已经成为一种全球的趋势。城市品牌创建的成不成功,是各城市提升综合实力,实现可持续发展的关键。
