    CLA能够 对人体机能产生许多有益的生理活性,拥有十分广泛的应用前景 ,因此引起了研究人员的强烈关注。综合来看,化学合成法在工业化的大规模生产中具有高产量、高转化率、低成本三大优势。然而该合成法的重要问题就是产物为多种CLA异构体的混合物,而且产出的两种关键异构体比例接近、难以分离,即使后期改进纯化技术将产物纯度提高,操作也相对复杂并容易混进新的物质,由此可见,化学合成法是难以在临床研究中发挥其各自独特的生理功能或开发成后续产品的。再者,多种环化副产物和酸碱试剂不仅易在产物中残留对人体健康产生安全隐患也对环境污染存在严重隐患。 相比之下,选择生物合成法生产CLA具有更大优势,选择性合成制备CLA的活性异构体成为了新的研究风向标。根据不完全统计,cis-9, trans-11CLA 和 cis-12,trans-10的粗品在中国市场就有 5 吨/年的供给量并且呈现着不断攀升的趋势,在全球高达200亿美元/年的潜力。现如今随着人们健康生活的理念愈来愈改善,研究人员对CLA 异构体的生理功能研究日渐加深,共轭亚油酸成为一种新型的功能性营养添加剂,因而市场需求量也会逐渐的提高。48277
