本毕业论文以乙二胺、硝酰胺、氨基磺酸盐和乙二醛为原料,通过缩合反应得到了一些杂环化合物,并对部分产物进行了提纯和红外光谱、质谱的表征。乙二胺与乙二醛在不同物料比和不同反应条件下缩合得到了2,3-二羟基哌嗪和二并哌嗪,并探讨了不同的物料比、不同的pH值及不同的反应温度对反应结果的影响。硝酰胺、氨基磺酸盐和乙二醛的缩合反应进行了探索研究,取得了一些有意义的结论,为下一步工作的开展奠定了基础。毕业设计论文书写规范,层次分明,表达清楚,反映作者已基本掌握本专业的基础理论和专业知识,具有一定的分析和解决问题,以及实验动手能力。
含氮杂环化合物是杂环化合物中的一个重要分支。作为医药、农药、染料和其它精细化工品的中间体,含氮杂环化合物及其衍生物的应用越来越广泛。而多氮杂环化合物由于其高能量密度的特性,使得它的合成方法及应用得到越来越多的关注。以乙二胺、硝酰胺、氨基磺酸盐和乙二醛为原料,通过基本的缩合反应得到了一些杂环化合物,并对部分产物进行了提纯和红外光谱、质谱的表征。
乙二胺与乙二醛在不同物料比和不同反应条件下缩合得到了2,3-二羟基哌嗪和二并哌嗪,并探讨了不同的物料比、不同的pH值及不同的反应温度对反应结果的影响。脲经混酸硝化水解制得的硝酰胺与乙二醛缩合,未得到目标产物,可能是反应体系酸性太强,硝酰胺成盐而使反应活性降低。氨基磺酸钾与乙二醛在不同物料比和不同反应条件下缩合得到的产物,经过初步的提纯和表征,推测了其可能的结构。要准确分析出其结构,有待寻找更加有效的分离提纯方法。6618

Title Study of the Synthesis of Multi-Nitrogen Heterocyclic Compounds by the Condensation of Amines with Aldehydes
Abstract
The nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are an important branch of heterocyclic compounds. As intermediates of medicine, pesticides, dyes and other fine chemicals, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compo-unds and their derivatives are used more and more widely. The synthes-is and applications of Multi-heterocyclic compounds get more and more attentions due to their characteristics of high energy density. Some heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by the condensation of ethyle-nediamine, nitramide, sulfamates with glyoxal. Part of them were puri-fied and confirmed by Infrared Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrum. 2,3 - dihydroxy-piperazine and tetraazadecalin were synthesized depending on the reactant ratio and reaction conditions and how different react-ant ratio, different pH values and different reaction temperature inf-luence on the reaction results was explored. The condensation of glyo-xal with nitramide which was obtained by the mixed acid nitration hyd-rolysis of urea wasn’t ideal, may be the strong acidity of the react-ion system lowered the reaction activity of the nitramide when it for-med salts. The products by the condensation of Potassium sulfamate wi-th glyoxal were preliminary purified and confirmed. In order to analy-se their accurate structures, more effective methods of separation and purification must be found.
